Role Overview

This strategic role involves collaboration with stakeholders across senior management and team members to translate business needs into actionable strategies and execute plans effectively.

As a key member of our Consulting team at Capco, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements through close collaboration with technical stakeholders.
  • Managing all aspects of projects throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC), including project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and issue management.
  • Driving the delivery of project milestones on-scope, on-time, and on-budget within a cross-functional, matrixed setting.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, working together to optimize and enhance integration.
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to direct discussions effectively and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in project management or business analysis.
  • Experience designing and operating frameworks and financial models to guide executive decisions in complex business problems.
  • Proven negotiation and conflict management skills to effectively resolve differences and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Experience working closely with technology delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and Wealth & Asset Management is beneficial, though not essential.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile project delivery methods.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication and adaptability.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
