We are seeking an experienced Business Management professional to join our team at the House of Commons Service. As a Business Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of business plans, monitoring progress, and reporting on key performance indicators.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating Business Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business plans that align with the House's strategy and corporate priorities.
  • Tracking Progress: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintaining Risk Registers: Update and maintain risk registers for FPP and PACT, capturing key controls implemented by risk owners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Planning and Organisation: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Business Management: Proven experience in delivering effective communication or business plans, with a basic understanding of information management and business risks.
What We Offer

The House of Commons Service offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
