Transformational Growth Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to join our team at Servicenow. As a member of our small, geographically dispersed team, you will contribute to accelerating the business and driving GTM success.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, and GTM strategy, with a deep understanding of Global Business Services and enterprise software sales. They will be responsible for crafting integrated and unified GTM strategies, contributing to cross-functional collaboration, and driving business performance through key metrics tracking and monitoring.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape cross-functional ecosystem activities, build pipeline, and capture market opportunities.
Key Qualifications- 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SALES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, AND GTM STRATEGY
- DEEP SALES, MARKET, AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE RELATING TO GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES, WITH PROVEN ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SALES EXPERIENCE IN A LARGE, GLOBAL MATRIXED SALES ORGANIZATION
- EXPERIENCE ATTRACTING, RETAINING, AND DEVELOPING HIGH PERFORMING, HIGH POTENTIAL TALENT THROUGH ASSESSING, SELECTING, ONBOARDING, COACHING, AND DEVELOPING
