HR Administrator Role

Latham & Bond HR is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will handle communications, manage employee queries, and administer key processes such as benefits updates, role changes, and exits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR-related inquiries and communications through phone and email
  • Administer employee lifecycle management processes, ensuring accurate data in internal and external systems
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions for the HR team
  • Support recruitment activities, including drafting job ads and developing interview questions
  • Contribute to HR projects, broadening your skills and contributing to larger initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous HR administration experience or transferable skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent service to the HR team and employees
