Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator on a temporary contract for a period of time on behalf of James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administrative skills and be a confident communicator.
The position involves dealing with the end-to-end employee lifecycle, managing the HR inbox and dealing with front line queries, issuing offer letters and contracts, advising payroll of any changes to salaries, signposting queries to the HR Advisory team as required, ensuring all HR documentation is stored in line with GDPR, and conducting onboarding checks for new starters, including references and right to work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Please note that you will need to have recent experience in a similar role to be considered for this position.
