We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be a confident communicator, with the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle HR inquiries and provide support to employees and management
- Issue offer letters and contracts, and advise payroll of any changes to salaries
- Ensure all HR documentation is stored in line with GDPR regulations
- Conduct onboarding checks for new starters, including references and right to work
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
