We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing the HR inbox and responding to front-line queries.
- Issue offer letters and contracts, and advise payroll of any changes to salaries.
- Collaborate with the HR Advisory team to resolve queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Ensure all HR documentation is stored in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Conduct onboarding checks for new starters, including references and right to work.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
