Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the HR inbox, dealing with front-line queries, and ensuring all HR documentation is stored in line with GDPR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Advise payroll of any changes to salaries and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Signpost queries to the HR Advisory team as required and escalate issues as necessary
  • Ensure all HR documentation is stored in line with GDPR regulations and is easily accessible to the team
  • Work in a fast-paced agile environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
