Job Overview

About Us

Carbon60 is a world-wide Facilities Management Company seeking facilities administrative staff to join our team on a site in Salisbury. We offer continuous progression and stability, with a great reputation and permanent contracts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Asset Manager on admin tasks following their findings.
  • Maintain knowledge of Building Assets (Boilers, HVAC Units, electrical systems).
  • Update the training matrix for soft and operations skills, ensuring everyone is compliant with training.
  • Assist with administration of workplace inspections.
  • Analyze waste data and produce statistics.
  • Support the technical team with timesheet data entry.
  • Assist workplace managers with purchase orders and distribution lists.
  • Provide expense support for both soft and technical teams.
  • Maintain PPE records and ensure they are up-to-date.

Person Specification

  • Prior experience in facilities administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Maximo is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office software, is essential.
