About Us
Carbon60 is a world-wide Facilities Management Company seeking facilities administrative staff to join our team on a site in Salisbury. We offer continuous progression and stability, with a great reputation and permanent contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Asset Manager on admin tasks following their findings.
- Maintain knowledge of Building Assets (Boilers, HVAC Units, electrical systems).
- Update the training matrix for soft and operations skills, ensuring everyone is compliant with training.
- Assist with administration of workplace inspections.
- Analyze waste data and produce statistics.
- Support the technical team with timesheet data entry.
- Assist workplace managers with purchase orders and distribution lists.
- Provide expense support for both soft and technical teams.
- Maintain PPE records and ensure they are up-to-date.
Person Specification
- Prior experience in facilities administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Maximo is required.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office software, is essential.
