We are offering a salary of up to £31,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent company benefits including discounts. This is a permanent contract position.
Job Summary
We are seeking a facilities administrative assistant to join our team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the asset manager and maintain knowledge of building assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer office tasks, such as updating databases and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by analyzing waste data and producing statistics.
- Support the technical team with timesheet data entry and assist with purchase orders.
- Maintain PPE records and update training matrices.
Requirements
- Prior experience in facilities administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Maximo is required.
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office software, is essential.
