Job Summary

We are seeking a facilities administrative assistant to join our team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the asset manager and maintain knowledge of building assets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer office tasks, such as updating databases and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations by analyzing waste data and producing statistics.
  • Support the technical team with timesheet data entry and assist with purchase orders.
  • Maintain PPE records and update training matrices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facilities administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Maximo is required.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office software, is essential.
