Job Description:

This exciting Sales and Administration Apprenticeship role involves working closely with our experienced team to develop a career in sales administration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and creating and sending invoices.

Responsibilities:
  • Filing and document management: Ensure all documents are filed accurately and efficiently, maintaining a well-organised system
  • Customer and colleague interactions: Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication via phone and email
  • Order processing: Process orders promptly and effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Invoicing: Create and send invoices on time, ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing
  • Liaising with internal staff: Collaborate with internal staff to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth order progress
  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving queries in a timely manner
