Sales Operator Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Operator to join our team at Industrious Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of automotive parts, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and in-store, addressing inquiries on product availability and pricing.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishments, and communicate stock updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is ideal. The ideal candidate has attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
