National Sales Lead

We are seeking a National Sales Lead to join our team at beBee Professionals in Washington, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, analyzing sales performance, conducting market research, training and mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.
About the Job:
As a National Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities, training and mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
