Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional After Sales service to our customers, consumers, and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-up on all requests and concerns.
- Exceptional Service: Collaborate with the team to deliver courteous and attentive service, meeting customer needs through prompt and effective communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the After Sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Inventory Management: Action calls and emails related to stock returns, order errors, and faulty products, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service & Marketing team to maintain the UK showroom, plan events, and support logistics.
- Service Centre Liaison: Communicate with Service Centres regarding spares and repairs, including arranging collections from customers.
- Inventory Processing: Physically sort incoming parcels, including repair requests, warranty claims, and customer returns.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of similar customer service experience is essential, with experience in an After Sales environment being beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, customers, and consumers.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the fishing tackle industry and products is essential, with experience in carrying out repairs on fishing tackle equipment desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential, with working knowledge of SAP being advantageous.
