About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Work closely with the customer service manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the distribution center and external partners to resolve shipping-related issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of daily operational reporting logs to inform strategic growth.
  • Propose new ideas and workflows to promote efficiency and elevated levels of service.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
