Business Contribution:
This role is a temporary assignment to cover maternity leave. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day business in our office, overseeing the order process from start to finish, and serving as the primary point of contact for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the order process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Prepare and produce professional quotations, meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Actively follow up on outstanding quotes, maintaining open communication with customers.
- Update and maintain our Sales Force system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Proactively control company-generated leads, following up and liaising with sales teams and external clients.
- Generate and check reports on order status, ensuring seamless order management.
- Progress outstanding orders, resolving any issues or concerns.
- Receive and respond to customer complaints, following our established complaint procedure.
- Liaise with the accounts department regarding customer credit issues.
- Manage office phone calls, coordinating with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support the Customer Service Supervisor with reporting tasks, providing relevant data and insights.
- Initiate and support local marketing initiatives, promoting our brand and products.
- Visit exhibitions and conferences to generate leads, follow up, and create appointments for our sales teams.
- Organize customer activities, working closely with our direct manager.
- Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the organization, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Represent Enerpac Tool Group in a professional manner, both internally and externally, adhering to our published processes and company policies.
Required Capabilities:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, with commercial acumen and technical affinity.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, with additional languages a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with internal colleagues and external customers.
- Energetic and proactive, with a professional and articulate image.
- Able to work to deadlines, with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-discipline and motivation, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good working knowledge of Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of a CRM package a plus.
