Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Clients: Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Process Returns: Efficiently process returned goods, updating our systems and ensuring proper actions are taken, such as writing off credits or raising replacement orders.
- Update Databases: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our After Sales database, spare part catalogue, and online exploded views.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Service & Marketing team to maintain and enhance our showroom, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Utilize Skills: Leverage your 1-2 years of similar customer service experience to provide exceptional support, utilizing your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience with SAP being a desirable asset.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to client sites as required.
