About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join Danske Bank as a Senior Business Manager in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking, with a focus on business development and relationship management.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry referral partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, preferably with a focus on business development and relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of specialist products and services offered in the banking sector
  • Sound understanding of various business sectors and appropriate financing needs
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences leading to excellent customer satisfaction scores
