We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Support Coordinator to join our Genre Marketing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for live entertainment and marketing to develop their skills in a fast-paced industry.

**About the Role**

As a Marketing Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Managers to implement marketing campaigns for various events across the UK live entertainment industry. Your responsibilities will include providing support with announcements, onsales, and day-to-day marketing tasks, as well as maintaining and updating Ticketmaster's marketing activity database.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with Marketing Managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns for various events.
  • Support the creation of content for email marketing campaigns, including managing and delivering emails to targeted audiences.
  • Execute social media schedules and maintain up-to-date information on artist pages, including displaying ancillary revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain and update Ticketmaster's marketing activity database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and objectives.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate calibre qualification, ideally with a professional marketing qualification.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the live entertainment or wider media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with consumer analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
