About the Role

The Data Management Officer at Activ plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data. This position reports to the Assistant Manager Customer Funding and is responsible for proactively managing customer data, resolving queries, and maintaining valid records to support timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large data-sets in Excel to identify trends and insights
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries related to account and funding information
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with funding and compliance-related inquiries
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficient data monitoring and analysis
  • Audit customer transactions and system data to ensure accurate billing
Requirements
  • Substantial experience with large Client Information Management Systems and proficiency in Excel
  • Customer-centric approach in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with Lumary, Health, or Community Services Master Data (desirable)
