About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Protection Officer to join our team at Morrison Data Services. As a Revenue Protection Officer, you will play a critical role in investigating and preventing instances of gas and electricity theft by residential and business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and detect instances of gas and electricity theft
  • Collect evidence and provide information to clients to enable further action
  • Make installations safe and work with suppliers to agree on further action
  • Conduct debt recovery work, including initial visits, executing warrants, and metering work
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Revenue Protection role (not essential)
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Conflict management experience
  • Experience with mobile IT hardware
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Current CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 qualification or equivalent (additional training provided)
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
