Business to Business Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our client's team in Aldridge. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on warm leads and new customer registrations
  • Approach businesses in the sector to introduce the company and secure their custom
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationships
  • Go the extra mile to meet customer requirements and sales targets
  • Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information
  • Attend trade shows to network, meet customers, and gather new business leads

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, including visiting customers on the road
  • Preferably worked in the Furniture wholesaler industry previously
  • Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software and telephone systems)
  • Experience in Sage 200 software is advantageous
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in order to develop customer relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
