Business to Business Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven B2B Salesperson to join our client's team and contribute to generating sales for their company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Following up warm leads and new customer registrations
  • Approaching businesses in the sector to introduce the company and try to secure their custom
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements
  • Contacting warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintaining relationships
  • Going the "extra mile" to meet customer requirements and sales targets
  • Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
  • Attending trade shows to network, meet customers, and gather new business leads

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, including visiting customers on the road
  • Preferably worked in the Furniture wholesaler industry previously
  • Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software and telephone systems)
  • Experience in Sage 200 software is advantageous
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in order to develop customer relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
