**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Support Specialist / Legal Project Manager to join our Capital Markets practice in London.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing matter portfolios, ensuring efficient project life cycles and optimizing revenue management processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Revenue Management: Act as a bridge between legal and revenue teams to streamline billing processes and manage matters within agreed timelines and billing patterns.
  • Efficiency Metrics: Analyze and report efficiency metrics for various client matters, conducting regular meetings with lawyers to assess timelines and progress against budgets. Flag potential budget overruns and ensure smooth communication with clients and foreign counsel.
  • Client Communication: Manage written communication and updates with clients and foreign counsel, contributing to revenue management aspects of the pitching process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior lawyers and the firm's Revenue department to ensure seamless project management and compliance with client expectations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Current experience as a Paralegal or in Legal Project Management within a law firm, with direct exposure to client billing processes.
  • Background in Capital Markets or Finance teams is advantageous, though transactional (corporate) and finance will also be considered.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
