  • Negotiate and structure development agreements, joint ventures, and other real estate transactions, maximizing value for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates and paralegals, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development law, with a strong focus on data centres.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK planning regime and relevant data centre regulations.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence.

Salary: The salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
