Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of data centre development projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues related to data centre development, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Negotiate and structure development agreements, joint ventures, and other real estate transactions, maximizing value for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, developers, architects, and contractors.
- Lead and mentor a team of associates and paralegals, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development law, with a strong focus on data centres.
