Data Centre Expertise Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join City Law Firm as a Real Estate Development Partner with Data Centre Expertise. You will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of data centre development projects, from site selection and planning to construction and leasing.
Main Duties:
- Advising clients on complex legal and regulatory issues related to data centre development
- Negotiating and structuring development agreements, joint ventures, and other real estate transactions
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and data centre operators
- Leading and mentoring a team of associates and paralegals
Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development law, with a strong focus on data centres
- In-depth knowledge of the UK planning regime and relevant data centre regulations
- Proven experience in negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions
- Excellent client relationship management skills
The estimated salary for this position is £125,000-£155,000 per annum, depending on experience.
