Professional Role Opportunity - Corporate Paralegal Specialist

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal Specialist to join our team at Barnes Law Associates in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1 year of experience in a boutique law firm or small firm with a good reputation. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include a hybrid working arrangement, office space in Central London, and flexible hours with occasional evening networking events. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our corporate clients and High Net Worth Individuals.

Your key responsibilities will include attending client meetings, drafting contracts, negotiating contracts, and participating in continuous learning. To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, an English law degree, and LPC or SQE qualifications.

You should also have excellent attention to detail, good knowledge of English law concepts, and strong communication skills.
