Ashurst is a leading global law firm with a rich history spanning over 200 years, seeking a highly skilled Law Firm Operations Specialist to join its Practice Resource Management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the delivery of Practice Resource Management Services, helping to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in resource management, manpower/workforce planning, or a similar role within a large professional or corporate environment. You will possess excellent project management and organisational skills, as well as strong commercial and risk-focused business acumen. You will be a proactive and flexible individual with a positive attitude, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include staffing Graduates, Lawyers, Senior Associates, and Counsel on a daily basis, while also supporting the Practice Management strategy across the firm's Global Network. You will work closely with the HR and leadership teams to discuss individual performance and development, ensuring accurate forecasting of individual activity by tracking data and analysing trends.
