Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Manager to join our team at Career Moves Group I B Corp™. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with business goals and growth projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with EMEA leadership to design efficient staffing models, scheduling processes, and resource allocation to meet fluctuating demands and ensure optimal productivity.
  • Implement performance metrics and analytics to track key indicators, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management, HR operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
