Sales Support Coordinator

Respirex International Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enter and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Apply for export licenses and raise change of design requests (CDRs) for new specifications.
- Work closely with customers to resolve queries, provide product information, and handle customer inquiries.
- Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Help resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the sales team or management when necessary.
- Provide product information and convert enquiries into sales orders to generate new business.
- Support the external sales team and collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and assist in developing and implementing new sales support strategies and tools.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
