Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the sales team at Respirex International Limited. This role involves providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to support the sales process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Processing: Enter and process sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Sales Quotations: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations, providing customers with detailed information and quotes.
  • Customer Records: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate tracking.
  • Export Licences: Apply for export licences, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing.
  • Change of Design Requests: Raise change of design requests (CDRs) for new specifications, coordinating with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, providing information and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Manage order processing, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Customer Complaints: Help resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the sales team or management when necessary.
  • Product Information: Provide product information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • New Business: Convert enquiries into sales orders, generating new business opportunities.
  • External Sales Team: Support the external sales team, providing administrative assistance and coordination.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Support Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing new sales support strategies and tools.
General:
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of Respirex International Limited and its associated companies.
  • Reasonable Duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by senior staff.

This role is intended to reflect the responsibilities of the postholder, which may change over time with the business needs of Respirex International Limited. The job description will be subject to annual review, in accordance with the Performance Plan and in consultation with the employee.
