About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at TotalEnergies. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing contracts, and maintaining logs.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure sales are correctly processed and contracts are dispatched.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the Operations team function, including handling customer calls and preparing reports for Account Managers.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role.
