We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at TotalEnergies. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy sales team, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations for new and existing customers to support sales growth
- Work closely with sales support teams to ensure excellent communication and coordination
- Process tenders and update various logs, including the contract management system
- Produce and run reports required by the sales team and customers
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role
Requirements and Skills:
- Provide full operational support for the sales teams
- Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments and managing despatch of contracts & documentation
- Prepare reports for account managers, handle customer calls, and assist in the smooth running of the operations team function
