We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Efficiently handle orders via email or phone, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and data in orders and invoices, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Client Communication: Establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication, resolving queries and addressing concerns.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Record Maintenance: Update sales and customer records regularly, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Monthly Reports: Compile and analyze monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent, with a strong track record of success.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and dedication to supporting the sales team.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to work under strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Please note that own transport is required for this role, as our client is not based in central Redhill.
