About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in our Cleckheaton Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the store, including working varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
