We are looking for a talented and charismatic leader to take full ownership of all aspects of running our venues. As Executive Director - Operations, you will be given autonomy to run the site as if it were your own business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running busy food-led sites and be able to train, nurture and develop their team to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
The Role
- As Executive Director - Operations, you will be responsible for the overall success of your venue.
- You will be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
- You will create a buzz of vibrant energy, a feeling of warmth and fun for both our guests and your team.
- You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
What we're looking for:
- A strong leader who can take ownership and run the business as if it were their own.
- Someone who is cool, calm and collected, and can manage pressure with ease.
- A team player who is not precious and can help get stuff done.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a general manager.
- Solid communication and organisational skills, and be approachable.
- Superb customer and floor service skills.
- Excellent all-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction.
- An entrepreneurial flare, and be passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team, and having fun.
- A Personal License holder is beneficial.
