About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a female care and support worker in Bangor. As a support worker, you will be responsible for working closely with individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks and helping them achieve their goals. Cartrefi Cymru Co provides a supportive environment for individuals with autism, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives, including daily routines and long-term plans. Estimated salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year.

Key responsibilities include providing structured activities and support to help individuals develop confidence and skills, assisting individuals in managing their responsibilities, such as financial planning and household maintenance, promoting involvement in company-related activities, such as training and recruitment, and supporting individuals with personal care, household chores, and daily errands. Additionally, you will use basic computer skills for record-keeping and information retrieval, be creative and organized in your approach to supporting individuals, and utilize a valid driver's license and vehicle for transportation.
