We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team in Bangor. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks and help them achieve their goals. Our organization provides a supportive environment for individuals with autism, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives, including daily routines and long-term plans.
The successful candidate will provide structured activities and support to help individuals develop confidence and skills. Key responsibilities include assisting individuals in managing their responsibilities, such as financial planning and household maintenance, promoting involvement in company-related activities, such as training and recruitment, and supporting individuals with personal care, household chores, and daily errands.
