Resident Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Resident Support Professional to join our team at Presbyterian Church in Ireland. As a Resident Support Professional, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities that enhance their quality of life.
- Administer medication according to established procedures.
- Contribute to the assessment and care planning for residents' needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect residents' dignity.
