Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily routines, including personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with medication.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to help individuals achieve their goals and thrive.
- Supporting individuals with finances, encouraging social connections, and offering personal care.
Requirements:
- A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for supporting others.
- A positive, empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Ability to use Positive Behaviour Support Strategies to enhance the lives of those you support.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £12 per hour plus excellent benefits package.
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
