Salary: £26,477 - £26,926 per annum (including sleeps) + overtime opportunities

Job Description:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives
  • Encourage independence and make decisions on behalf of service users
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
  • Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Must be resilient and able to work with people with complex needs
  • Driver's license essential due to location
  • Willingness to perform personal care tasks
