The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing major retailer relationships within the grocery channel, with a proven track record of sales success within a structured FMCG organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining profitable business relationships with two of the UK's largest retailers
  • Driving growth and identifying new opportunities through deep commercial acumen and strategic partnerships
  • Building genuine, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, as well as an uncapped bonus, car allowance (or car), and more. The successful candidate will thrive in a business that genuinely values their contribution and provides a positive work environment.
