About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in account management and commercial sales to drive business growth in the food ingredients industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide expert advice on food ingredients products.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in account management and commercial sales, with a strong background in the food ingredients industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
What We Offer
