Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in account management and commercial sales to drive business growth in the food ingredients industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide expert advice on food ingredients products.
- Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
- Proven track record in account management and commercial sales, with a strong background in the food ingredients industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus scheme. Additionally, we provide generous enhanced benefits and opportunities for professional development and growth.
