Role Overview

A highly motivated Territory Sales Manager is required to cover the Continence Care product portfolio across Lancashire, Cumbria and the Isle of Man. The successful candidate will have responsibility for driving sales growth in this territory and working closely with key NHS stakeholders.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to join CHASE as a Territory Sales Manager and contribute to the company's continued success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Continence Care product portfolio and driving sales growth across the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
  2. BUILD strong relationships with key decision makers in community and secondary care settings
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and customer interactions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A pro-active and can-do attitude
