Life Science Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales and distribution operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and supporting our diverse product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Sciences, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or customer service roles. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to gather information, complete tender documents, and provide first-level technical support to customers. You will also be responsible for managing enquiries, producing quotations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve product strategy.

Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by engaging with internal and external customers, supporting our Core ATCC Team, and Field Sales Personnel (FAS) to achieve annual targets.
- Manage and complete enquiries from all channels and product/business sectors, ensuring high levels of customer happiness.
- Create and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to increase conversion rates.
- Provide first-level technical support on enquiries, raising when vital.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and complete tender documents, ensuring compliance and meeting customer needs.
- Understand and respond to customer needs, upselling opportunities, and handling service levels for key and growth customers.
- Qualification in Life Sciences or an equivalent scientific background.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the Life Sciences industry.
- Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Excellent phone manner, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong level of digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
