Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth in the paper industry. With a strong focus on account leadership and development, this role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for business expansion and implement effective solutions.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a performance-based bonus structure.
Job DescriptionThis Sales and Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for generating and executing sales plans to meet profit increase goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical sales and sales management, with expertise in water treatment and specialty chemicals. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in targeted accounts
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers
- Providing technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges
- Forecasting revenues and profitability for area customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry)
- Successful technical sales and sales management experience
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
