Revenue Strategy Manager

Starboard Hotels is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team, supporting a cluster of hotels in the UK. This office-based role involves working 40 hours a week at our Chorley base between 8am and 6pm.
The successful candidate will demonstrate success in a similar role, managing revenue strategies across multiple sites and have experience with major hotel brands contributing towards new openings and/or rebranding/refurbishment projects. The salary for this position is £35,000 per annum, including benefits such as a workplace pension, employee discounts, life assurance, and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies for each hotel within the cluster
- Conduct regular revenue, pricing, and inventory calls with hotels while providing support for revenue forecasting and budgeting
- Work closely with the commercial team and wider central teams to provide feedback on performance and trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a similar role managing revenue strategies across multiple sites
- Experience with one or more major hotel brands contributing towards new openings and/or rebranding/refurbishment projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
