An innovative and growing healthcare provider, Practicus, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the expansion of their secondary care portfolio. This national role will focus on engaging with NHS providers and commissioners at the c-suite and executive level.

Salary
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £85,000 per annum, complemented by a bonus structure and other benefits.

Job Description
As Business Development Director, you will lead on molding our client's proposition to suit the needs of the NHS. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Your expertise in sales leadership will enable you to develop and implement effective business development strategies, resulting in increased revenue and market share.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require 10 years' experience selling to the NHS, as well as demonstrable experience engaging at c-suite and executive level. A deep understanding of NHS funding schemes is also essential.
