The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in transformation, talent development, employee engagement, and innovative workforce solutions. With Lancaster's increasing international footprint, including partnerships, campuses, and research collaborations around the world, you will provide expert advice and support to ensure our people strategy evolves to meet the challenges of operating on a global stage.

Our estimated salary range for this position is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
