Sales and Marketing Professional

Our client is a leading player in the Chronic care marketplace, with significant presence both in the UK and overseas. They are renowned for their niche products and innovative service offerings, driving exciting growth plans for the next few years.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Professional to work across our successful Continence Care product portfolio across Lancashire, Cumbria, and the Isle of Man territory. In this role, you will have responsibility for our portfolio and work across community and secondary care markets with exposure to influential key NHS stakeholders across the territory.
The ideal candidate will be a strong planner with good business management skills and a strong clinical and commercial understanding. An ability to manage a 'business within a business' is also required, as well as a fresh approach to new ways of working. You will need to be comfortable selling remotely through virtual as well as field-based interactions, agile & able to cope and adapt to changing customer needs.
You will also need to be familiar with relevant clinical leads and customer groups that focus on key decision makers such as Head of Services, C suite, and Procurement Leads. The ideal team and company fit will be someone who has a pro-active, can-do attitude and is passionate about the marketplace.
From an experience perspective, you will ideally have some sales experience from the healthcare/device industry or commercially minded individuals from the NHS. Commercially focused graduates or people looking for the next move after 2-3 years sales experience are also encouraged to apply. In return, you can expect an attractive financial package, which we estimate to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience, and the chance to represent a people-focused business that invests heavily in its R&D and people.
